Vancouver - Burnstone Ventures Inc. ("Burnstone" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release dated July 19, 2013 the Company confirms that a total of 200,000 bonus shares at a deemed value of $0.05 per share will be issued to the arm's length lender.
Any shares issued under the terms of the agreements described above are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and pricing and resale restrictions as set out under applicable securities laws and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
