GoldON Resources Ltd. Issues Interest Shares

Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - GoldON Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GLD) announces that it will, subject to regulatory acceptance, issue 101,682 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share to Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. in payment of $5,084.08 of semi-annual interest accrued pursuant to its February 2014 promissory note. The interest shares are subject to a four-month hold period.
