VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2014) - Ascot Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AOT), pursuant to its stock option plan, has granted stock options to directors, consultants and employees for a total of 3,350,000 shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable on or before June 20, 2019 at a price of $0.88 per share.
