Elemental Minerals announces Resignation of a Director

PERTH, Australia, April 1, 2014 /CNW/ - Elemental Minerals Ltd. (ASX, TSX: ELM) ("Elemental" or the "Company") advises the resignation of Mr Robert Franklyn as Non-Executive Director of Elemental Minerals Ltd. with immediate effect due to other work commitments.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Franklyn for his contribution to the Company during his appointment and wishes him well in the future.
The Company is in the process of reviewing a revised strategy following the lapse of the Dingyi off-market takeover offer, and a full review of the board will be included as part of that review.
