LONDON, Dec. 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Serabi Gold Plc (AIM:SRB) (TSX:SBI), the Brazilian focused gold exploration and development company, announces the resignation of Mr Christopher Kingsman as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Kingsman commented that, "the Company's fundamental prospects are now the best since becoming involved in 2009. This is a good opportunity to step down and dedicate more time to my other ventures. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to serve on the Board."
