Vendome Resources Announces Extension of Warrants

Toronto, Ontario CANADA, December 06, 2013 /FSC/ - Vendome Resources Corp. (VDR - TSX Venture, 9VR - FRANKFURT),is pleased to announce the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to an extension in the expiry date for 5,165,166 share purchase warrants, that were set to expire on December 6th, 2013.  The new expiry date is June 6th, 2015, at an exercise price is $0.30.
