TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired - Aug. 7, 2013) - BE Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BER) ("BER" or the "Company") announces that on August 7, 2013 it granted a total of 1,150,000 incentive stock options to Directors, Officers and Consultants of the Company pursuant to its incentive stock option plan. These stock options are exercisable until August 7, 2018, at a price of $0.10. This option grant is subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
