Gondwana Gold Inc. announces name change to Pan African Oil Ltd.

Calgary, Canada, June 17, 2013 - Gondwana Gold Inc. (TSXV:PAO) ("Gondwana" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from "Gondwana Gold Inc." to "Pan African Oil Ltd.", reflecting the Company's change to an oil and gas company in March 2013.

The Company's TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") stock symbol remains "PAO". Shareholder approval for the name change was obtained at the Company's annual and special meeting held on June 10, 2013. The common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name on the TSXV at market open on June 18, 2013.
