VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - April 26, 2012) - Prosper Gold Corp. ("Prosper" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PGX.H) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced name change from "Lander Energy Corporation" to "Prosper Gold Corp." and continuation. The common shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new corporate name and under the new stock symbol, "PGX.H", at market opening on April 27, 2012. The Company has also continued into British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from Ontario. The name change and the continuation were approved by shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on April 4, 2012.
