MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired - July 12, 2013) - Amseco Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AEL) (Amseco) is pleased to announce that it has completed, on July 10, 2013, a 300,000$ Private Placement. Subject to regulatory approvals Amseco will issued 30,000,000 common shares at the price of $0.01.
One insider participated to such closing (100,000 common shares for an amount of $1,000).
All securities issued in connection with this private placement will be subject to a four (4) months hold period.
