MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/12/13 -- Northcore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NCR) ("NCR" or the "Corporation") announced yesterday, the closing of its first tranche private placement of an amount of $120,000 according to TSX-V rules and regulations. The Corporation omitted to mention that an insider participated to such closing (250,000 common shares for an amount of $2,500), namely Garnet Gold Inc., a company controlled by Mr. Garry Majerle, a director of NCR.
