Sunrise Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SHI) announces that it has today granted 1,500,000 incentive stock options to its current officers, directors, employees, and consultants pursuant to the Company's 2012 Stock Option Plan. These options are exercisable for 5 years at a price of $0.15 per share. The optionees have no other stock options.
