PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire - Feb. 5, 2013) - Growing gold producer, Troy Resources Limited (ASX:TRY) (TSX:TRY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Stacey Apostolou as Company Secretary.

Ms Apostolou is a finance executive with significant experience acting as Company Secretary and corporate Executive/Director for a number of ASX listed mining companies over the past 20 years.

Ms Apostolou has previously provided consultancy services to Troy during the past five years. The role will also encompass supporting the existing executive management with business development opportunities.

Troy's current Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Mr David Sadgrove, will continue as Joint Company Secretary.
