TORONTO, Nov. 9, 2012 - Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company" or "Continental") announced that its 2012 annual meeting of shareholders will be adjourned to December 20, 2012. The adjourned meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m. (Toronto time) at the Toronto Board of Trade, 1 First Canadian Place, Suite 350, Toronto, Ontario. The record date will remain the same (October 23, 2012).
