On 06 November 2012, the Board of Directors of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas'
adopted the resolution to terminate the participation in Limited Liability
Company 'National Petroleum Consortium' (hereinafter - the Company) by way
of selling the share
of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' in the charter capital of the Company.
