(TSXV:GFA; 6GF: Frankfurt) reports that Graham Clark, Jr. has tendered his resignation as an officer and director of Golden Fame Resources Corp. and its subsidiaries, and the company has accepted his resignation. Golden Fame thanks Mr. Clark for his efforts and wishes him well in his continuing role as chairman and chief executive officer of United Silver Corp.

The company also reports that Jason Birmingham has been appointed as its interim president and chief executive officer.
