JOHANNESBURG, March 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Shareholders are referred to the trading update published on SENS on 20 March 2012, and are advised that the company has obtained more certainty regarding their financial results for the ten months ending 31 December 2011.

Accordingly, the basic and headline loss per share has been determined to be 71.65 and 68.46 respectively.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by Wits Gold's auditors. The results for the 10 months ended 31 December 2011 are expected to be published on or about 29 March 2012.
