LONDON, Sept. 26, 2011 - Cluff Gold (AIM:CLF) (TSX:CFG), the dual AIM/TSX-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that it was informed today that Mr Peter Gardner, a director of the Company, today purchased 11,180 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 94.95 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Gardner is interested in a total of 41,180 ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
