VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Jan. 31, 2012) - Mr. David Patterson, Chairman of Knight Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:KNP) (FRANKFURT:KRL), reports that effective February 2, 2012, the Company's name will be changed from Knight Metals Ltd. to Africa Hydrocarbons Inc., and will be trading on the TSX Venture Exchange effective at opening under the new trading symbol "NFK".
