CALGARY, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Benchmark Energy Corp. ("Benchmark" or the "Company"), TSX-V: BEE, is pleased to announce that the Company has formally changed its name to Bolivar Energy Corp. and commenced trading today under the new name and a new symbol - BVR on the TSX Venture Exchange.

All future communication will be under the new Bolivar Energy Corp. corporate header.
