(the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: CSQ) announces that all matters put before shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held September 8, 2011 were approved, including the appointment of Greg Hahn as a director of the Company, among other matters. Mr. Hahn was also appointed as Chairman of the Company following the AGM, so that the Company's officers and directors are now comprised as follows:
