Weyerhaeuser Company Declares Dividend

The board of directors of Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE:WY) on Aug. 11
declared a dividend of 15 cents per share on the common stock of the
corporation payable Sept. 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the
close of Sept. 1, 2011.
