RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Wits Gold
held today, 29 July 2011, all ordinary and special resolutions as
specified in the notice of the meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be sent to Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission ('CIPC') for filing in due course.
