VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/14/11 -- China Minerals Mining Corporation ('China Minerals' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: CMV)(PINK SHEETS: HWTHF) announces that the Board of Directors has established a management committee (the 'Management Committee') to manage the day-to-day operation objectives of the Company established from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Management Committee is chaired by David Bo (the Company's Executive Chairman) and the other members of the committee are Ling Zhu (the Company's CEO) and Richard Barclay (the Company's Executive Vice President).
