Argentex Completes Redomicile Into Province of British Columbia, Canada

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/13/11 -- Argentex Mining Corporation ('Argentex' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: ATX)(OTCBB: AGXM) is pleased to announce that on June 3, 2011, Argentex merged into its wholly-owned Nevada subsidiary (which was incorporated in the State of Nevada for this sole purpose). On June 8, 2011, Argentex was continued from the State of Nevada and into the Province of British Columbia, Canada. It is now a British Columbia company.

In addition, on June 3, 2011, SCRN Properties Ltd., the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, was continued from the State of Delaware into the Province of British Columbia, Canada. As for Argentex, SCRN Properties is now a British Columbia company.

The redomicile of both Argentex and its wholly-owned subsidiary were approved by the Argentex shareholders at its Annual and Special meeting held April 29, 2011.
