VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - April 29, 2011) - AMERICAN VANADIUM CORP. (the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE: AVC) announces the granting of a total of 75,000 options at the exercise price of $1.64 each for a term of five years from the date of grant to a consultant and an employee of the Company. The stock options are granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, as amended.
