TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/28/10 -- Kings Minerals NL (the 'Company') (ASX: KMN) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the 'Exchange') has provided its final acceptance for the listing of the ordinary shares of the Company on the Exchange. The shares will commence trading on the Exchange at the opening of market on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 under the symbol 'KMN'.
In addition, the Toronto Stock Exchange ('TSX') has issued a bulletin dated September 27, 2010 indicating that the common shares of San Anton Resource Corporation ('San Anton') (TSX: SNN) will be delisted from the TSX at the close of market on Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Pursuant to the business combination between the Company and San Anton, effective September 21, 2010, all of the common shares of San Anton not owned by the Company were exchanged for ordinary shares of the Company on the basis of 2.5 ordinary shares of the Company for every one common share of San Anton.
