Cascade Copper Corp. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
Cascade Copper Corp. (CSE: CASC, FRA:91O) ("Cascade" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 30, 2025. As reported by the Scrutineer, the total number of shares represented at the meeting was 9,075,109, equalling 20.723 percent of the issued shares of the Company. All voting shareholders voted more than 99.993 percent in favour of all items listed. The results are as follows:
