Vancouver, July 23, 2020 - Cypress Hills Resource Corp. (NEX: CHY.H) (the "Company") announces a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 10,000,000 shares at the price of $0.07 each for total proceeds of $700,000.
The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for asset evaluations, debt repayment and general working capital.
Closing of the Private Placement is subject to the receipt of all applicable regulatory and board approvals.
