(“Pengrowth” or the “Company”) (TSX:PGF, OTCX:PGHEF), today announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held earlier today, each of the six nominees listed in its management information circular dated May 14, 2019 were elected as directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Pengrowth, or until their successors are elected or appointed.
