Dundee Energy Limited: Announces Completion of Court Approved Sale of Assets of Dundee Energy Ltd. Partnership

TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2018 - Dundee Energy Ltd. (“Dundee Energy” or the “Corporation”) announces that pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated June 11, 2018, the sale of substantially all of the property of Dundee Oil and Gas Limited and Dundee Energy Ltd. Partnership to Lagasco Inc. was completed on November 16, 2018.
