TORONTO, Oct. 02, 2018 - BE Resources Inc. (TSXV: BER.H) (“BE Resources” or the “Company”) announces changes to its Board of Directors. Marie‐Josée Audet has joined the Board of Directors and Daniel Crandall has resigned as a director.
Ms. Marie‐Josée Audet, an employee of Marrelli Support Services Inc., is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Master of Business Administration with specialization in management of small and medium business. She has provided financial services primarily to junior exploration companies for the past ten years at Marrelli Support Services Inc. and worked previously at McCarney Greenwood LLP for two years where she acquired auditing experience mainly with junior exploration companies.
BE Resources thanks Mr. Crandall for his service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
