Tanager Energy Inc. Announces Appointment of New CFO

CALGARY, July 17, 2017 - Tanager Energy Inc. (“Tanager” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V:TAN) announced today that Steven Vucurevich, currently the Vice-President, Finance, has replaced Jonathan Badger as Chief Financial Officer of Tanager.

Mr. Vucurevich has over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and has experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, private equity, due diligence, financial modeling and analytics. Steven previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2005 of ESI Energy Services Inc., a private equity funded company which provided oilfield and pipeline construction services in Canada, the U.S. and abroad. In 2006, he transitioned to Bellatrix Exploration Ltd., a public company listed on the TSX and NYSE, where he served as Vice President and Controller. Most recently, prior to his appointment as Vice-President, Finance, Mr. Vucurevich provided accounting and financial reporting consulting services to companies like Tanager and Repsol Oil & Gas Canada Inc. He received a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge in 1994, a Chartered Accountant designation in 1997, and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2015.
