CALGARY, July 12, 2017 - Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: NBZ) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Cona Resources Ltd. effective immediately, following approval of the name change at the special meeting of the Company's shareholders held today.
In connection with the name change, the Company's stock symbol on the Toronto Stock Exchange will be changed to "CONA". The Company's common shares are expected to start trading under the new stock symbol next week. No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to this change.
Cona Resources Ltd.
Cona Resources Ltd. is a Canadian crude oil production and development company focused on maximizing oil recovery from its large-scale oil resource base. The Company's operations, infrastructure and concentrated land position are focused in southwest Saskatchewan. The Company's common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol NBZ and will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CONA shortly.
