(JEM:CSE) (the "Company" or "Jagercor") wishes to announce that Ms. Clara Barthe is joining the Company as Jagercor's new Corporate Secretary, effective May 22, 2015, replacing Ms. Peni Landisi. The Company would like to thank Ms. Peni Landisi for her assistance while serving as Corporate Secretary, and wishes her the best in her future endeavours.
Ms. Barthe has 8 years of experience in planning and management control. She started her career in Ernst & Young in the area of Advisory Services for the Oil & Gas industry. Subsequent to her time at EY she joined YPF, the largest integrated Oil & Gas Company in Argentina, as Project Manager where she was involved in the purchase and assembly of 15 rigs, leading the different areas involved in the project such as Imports, Logistics Services, Procurement, Finance and Accounting. In 2009, she became a key person in the start-up of a drilling company owned by YPF, with an active role in the implementation of its enterprise resource planning: SAP, the design of reporting, internal control procedures and solving problems of internal costumers. Ms. Barthe led and empowered teams in two different regions. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with honors, from Universidad Catolica Argentina.
