MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 15, 2015) - SEMAFO (TSX:SMF)(OMX:SMF) reported the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, May 14, 2015. A total of 223,064,701 common shares or 80.11% of our issued and outstanding common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
