("Teranga" or the "Corporation") (TSX:TGZ)(ASX:TGZ) announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all seven of the nominee directors listed in the management proxy circular dated March 30, 2015 were re-elected as directors of the Corporation.
