Questar Corp.’s (NYSE:STR) board of directors today approved an 11% increase in the quarterly common stock cash dividend to 21 cents ($0.21). The dividend, payable March 16, 2015, to shareholders of record on March 2, 2015, is a 2 cent ($0.02) increase from the previous quarter and results in a new annualized dividend rate of 84 cents ($0.84) per share. Questar also announced that it raised its target dividend payout ratio to 65% from 60%. This is the company’s 281^st consecutive dividend. Questar has increased the dividend 43 times in the last 43 years.
