(TSX:MMT) ("Mart") announced that at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 20, 2014 (the "Meeting"), each of the six nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated May 20, 2014 were elected as directors. In addition, at the Meeting, Deloitte LLP was appointed as Mart's auditor, the stock option plan amendments and unallocated option entitlements under Mart's stock option plan were approved and the special resolution authorizing certain amendments to Mart's articles to permit the payment of share dividends on the common shares of Mart pursuant to a share dividend plan was approved.
