VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2014) - RB Energy Inc.(the "Company") (TSX:RBI)(OTCQX:RBEIF), announces the following voting results following the Company's 2014 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") which was held earlier today in Vancouver.
A total of 79,400,927 common shares of the 230,889,877 common shares outstanding at the record date were voted at the meeting, representing approximately 34.39% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company at the record date.
Election of Directors
On a vote by ballot, each of the following nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of the Company to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:

In addition, by resolution passed by an 86.64% affirmative ballot vote, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed auditor of the Company for the coming year. The Shareholders also passed a special resolution by a 67.13% affirmative ballot vote approving and ratifying the Company's by-laws.
