(JEM:CSE) ( the “Company” or “Jagercor”) wishes to announce that it has hired Momentum Public Relations Inc. to provide market awareness, investor relations services and strategic business development. Momentum Public Relations Inc. is based in Montreal, Quebec and focuses its efforts in Eastern North America and Europe.

Pursuant to the provisions in the Company’s Stock Option Plan, The number of Shares under Option to Consultants conducting Investor Relations Activities must vest in stages over a 12 month period.
