TORONTO, May 6, 2014 - Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RG) (PINKSHEETS:RMIOF) (FRANKFURT:D4R) ("Romios" or the "Company") wishes to announce that an aggregate of 5,800,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company at $0.10 per share for five (5) years have been granted to four (4) directors and four (4) executive officers, two (2) employees and four (4) consultants.
