Calgary, April 10 2014 - Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces that a total of 4,117,647 common shares have been issued in conjunction with the conversion of NOK 3.5 million of the Company's outstanding Senior Secured Convertible Bond ("Bonds"). The Bonds were converted at the conversion rate of NOK 0.85 as defined in the Bond agreement and the shares issued are free trading. The Company now has NOK 43.5 million (approximately CAD $8.0 million) outstanding.
