Shoreline Energy Corporation Provides Update on the Closing of the Final Tranche of the Flow-Through Private Placement

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired - July 15, 2013) - Shoreline Energy Corp. (TSX:SEQ) ("Shoreline" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to the Company's press release dated July 3, 2013, the Company anticipates closing the final tranche of its flow through private placement (the "Offering") on or about July 23, 2013 at which time Shoreline will publish its third quarter capital expenditure program and associated guidance.

All of the securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.
