Ms. Bushfield is a graduate of the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry, most recently as Vice President, Assistant Comptroller at a senior independent oil and gas exploration company.
As previously announced, Shivon Crabtree will be retiring from the position of Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer in March 2013. We wish to thank Ms. Crabtree for her efforts at Long Run and Guide Exploration Ltd. At that time, Corine Bushfield will be appointed Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Long Run. Ms. Bushfield will report to Dale Miller, President of Long Run.
