("Bolivar" or the "Company") announces the filing of its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three and nine month period ended September 30, 2010, that have been prepared in accordance with Canadian GAAP, together with the Management's Discussion and Analysis.
The financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2010 represent the first reporting period after the change in financial year end from June 30th to December 31st was completed.
Bolivar Energy Corp. is an early stage exploration company active in the Llanos Basin in Colombia.
