PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/27/11 -- Bannerman Resources Limited (TSX: BAN)(ASX: BMN)(NSX: BMN) ('Bannerman' or the 'Company') announces the following Board changes.
The Board has today appointed Mr. Mason Hills as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Hills is a qualified lawyer and a partner of investment fund manager Resource Capital Funds ('RCF'). For the last two years, Mr. Hills has been an Alternate Non-Executive Director on the Bannerman Board for Mr. James McClements, the managing partner of RCF. Mr. Hills is also a director of Ausdrill Limited and Talison Lithium Limited.
Concurrent with Mr. Hills' appointment, Mr. McClements retires from the Bannerman Board following service as a Non-Executive Director since late 2008. The Board thanks Mr. McClements for his extremely valuable input over this time and welcomes the continued active involvement of Mr. Hills.
