VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/08/11 -- Stronghold Metals Inc. ('Stronghold' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: Z) The Company announces that it has granted an aggregate 420,000 incentive stock options to employees and a consultant of the Company. All of the stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.40 per share. The options granted to employees are exercisable for a period of five (5) years ending April 8, 2016 and the options granted to the consultant is exercisable for a period of three (3) years ending April 8, 2014. The stock options have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the Company's incentive stock option plan and are subject to vesting provisions.
