TORONTO, 02/16/11 - NWT Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE: NWT) (OTCBB: NWURF) (FRANKFURT: NMV) ('NWT' or 'The Company') is pleased to announce that it has exercised its warrants in NWM Mining Corp ('NWM'). The warrants were exercised at $0.10 per share, entitling NWT to receive 7,500,000 common shares of NWM.
