VANCOUVER, 11/04/10 - Inca Pacific Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IPR) reports that it has entered into a contract with BNB Valores Peru Solfin S.A., a Peruvian brokerage firm, to act as its new sponsor in accordance with the provisions of the venture capital regulations of the Lima Stock Exchange. BNB Valores Peru Solfin S.A. is a subsidiary of Banco Nacional de Bolivia S.A., one of the leading private commercial banks in Bolivia.
